Mar del Plata:The Best and The Worst

MATEO:

Hi! I' m Mateo and I' m from Mar del Plata, in Argentina. I love the beautiful beaches like La Perla and Punta Mogotes. The shopping centre is another beautiful thing, because there are shops of every type - bookshops, restaurants and cinemas - like Vip Paper, Olivo, Bowen and Cinemacenter. The Aquarium is very funny and exciting because there are a lot of sea animals like dolphins and penguins. Fishing is another exciting activity. People love this activity. Sierra de los Padres and Laguna de los Padres are places where you can do everything. But Mar del Plata has a lot of bad things too, like the very bad condition of the streets, the insecurity, the port's smell ( the fish smell ), the rush hour and the dirt of the city.

GONZALO:

Mar del Plata is a city in Bs. As. In summer the beach is the best, but in March, it becomes crowded with old people. The city has bad things too, like the insecurity, the city dump, the streets in bad condition and the noise that cars make. There are good things too. The golf club in the coast is interesting. The port is good for the tourists. There are also good hotels like "SHERATON" and "COSTA GALANA". I like MAR DEL PLATA.

My name is Ignacio, I`m 13 years old and I`m from Mar del Plata. I love Mar del Plata because it is a nice city. It has got very beautiful beaches and the best water theme park is "Aquasol". The center isn`t bad but it is dirty. I love the shopping center because it has a lot of things. The port is very big and sometimes it is smelly. Mar del Plata has got bad things too. I hate the tourists and the streets in bad condition. People lit fires in the city dump, and the smell is bad. Another bad thing is the insecurity.

CAMILLE

The best thing of Mar del Plata is the beach, because here you can run, walk, drink mates, go fishing.. everything looking at the sea. I love the beach, in summer you can sunbathe, get into the sea, make sand castles and practice surf. I really like Guemes street and I like the center too!. Downtown there are 2 shopping centers and cinemas.The worst things are that it is very dirty, the tourists in summer, holidays and vacations. The weather in winter is terrible, I hate it! The insecurity and there are lot of people with out jobs, thats so bad too.
